We're looking for a strategic, highly proactive Corporate Public Relations Lead to help drive Snowflake's global corporate narrative and reputation. Reporting to the Director of Corporate PR, this role will lead communications around some of Snowflake's most important company moments, including M&A, global expansion, quarterly earnings, executive thought leadership, Snowflake Ventures, and reputation management.

This is a high-impact role for a communications expert who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, media relations, executive communications, and corporate storytelling. You'll partner closely with leaders across Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Finance, Legal, Product, Marketing, and the executive team to identify opportunities, shape narratives, and execute programs that elevate Snowflake's brand and business.

The ideal candidate is a strong operator and storyteller with excellent judgment, executive presence, and a proven ability to navigate complex, fast-moving situations while driving measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute strategic corporate communications programs that strengthen Snowflake's reputation and key narratives through company milestones, including M&A, earnings, global expansion, and more.

  • Drive thought leadership opportunities for senior executives, including traditional and new media (podcasts, substacks).

  • Support crisis and issues management efforts through strategic communications planning, media engagement, monitoring, and rapid response.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier business, technology, and industry media.

  • Develop compelling communications materials including press releases, executive messaging, blog posts, media pitches, briefing documents, and reactive statements.

  • Partner cross-functionally to uncover stories, align messaging, and deliver integrated communications campaigns.

  • Provide executive communications support, including messaging development, media preparation, ghostwriting, and strategic counsel.

  • Support agency management and drive accountability against program goals and outcomes.

  • Lead team operations, including executive reporting, planning processes, budget support, and organizational rhythms.

What We're Looking For

  • 6–8+ years of public relations or corporate communications experience, including ownership of high-profile, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Proven experience developing and scaling corporate communications programs within a fast-paced technology environment.

  • Strong media relations expertise and a track record of securing impactful earned media outcomes.

  • Experience supporting sensitive communications matters, including issues management, crisis response, and corporate reputation programs.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and craft compelling narratives.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect communications strategy to company objectives.

  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of an organization.

  • Highly organized and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • Strong judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, or emerging technologies to improve communications strategy, workflows, or measurement.

  • Deep understanding of the B2B technology landscape and how corporate communications supports growth, partnerships, and market leadership.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
