Short, because we collect almost nothing.
No account, no profile
There is no sign-up on this site. You can read every listing and every pay figure without identifying yourself. We do not ask for a CV and have nowhere to upload one.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Pages are static files. Nothing follows you between them, and nothing follows you off the site.
Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use them to build a picture of you.
We do not currently collect email addresses anywhere on this site. If that changes, this page will say so before it happens, and any address you give us would be used for the alerts you asked for and nothing else.
Leaving the site
Applying to a job sends you to the employer's own hiring system. Once you are there, that company's privacy policy applies, not ours. We do not see your application and are not told whether you applied.
Job listing content
Listings are published by employers on their own public career pages. They describe roles, not people. If you are named in a listing and would rather not be, write to us and it will be removed.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at hello@growthroles.com. In practice the answer is usually that we hold nothing.
