Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid plans for the growthroles connector service, sold by Moonshot Technologies, Wathoda, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440035, India. It is part of our Terms of Service and is shown to you before you pay. Job posts bought at hire.growthroles.com are not covered by it: a post goes live within the hour and is not refundable, as the Terms say in section 3a.

1. What you can check before you pay

The job board at growthroles.com is free, open, and needs no account: every listing we hold for a published role can be read there before you spend anything, so you can judge whether the roles are real and whether they suit you. What you cannot try in advance is the connector itself, because it is the paid product. We carry that risk rather than you, through the refund in section 2.

2. No questions asked

If you are not happy with a purchase, write to us and we refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask for one. The window depends on how long the access you bought lasts:

• 30 days and 90 days: within 7 days of purchase.
• 7 days: no change-of-mind window. It is covered by the connection guarantee in the next paragraph, which applies to every pass.

The shortest purchase has no change-of-mind window, and the reason is arithmetic rather than policy: any meaningful window on seven days of access would mean the whole thing could be used in full and then returned. If you want to be able to change your mind, the 30-day pass carries a full week to do it in.

If it will not connect, the window does not apply. The connector has to be added inside your AI assistant, and support for that varies by assistant, by plan, and by device. If you cannot get it connected, tell us whenever you find out and we refund you in full, inside the window above or outside it, whichever access you bought. You should not carry the cost of a setup that does not work on your side.

After the window above, a purchase that connected and worked is not refundable for change of mind or for a period you did not use, except as set out in section 4.

3. Nothing renews automatically

A purchase buys a fixed period, stated on the pricing page and again at checkout. When it ends, it ends. There is no automatic renewal, no recurring charge, and nothing to cancel. You will never be billed again unless you choose to buy another period.

4. The exceptions we always honour

Some things are always made right, promptly and without argument:

Duplicate or erroneous charges. If a technical fault charges you twice, or charges you the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full.

Paid but not provisioned. If you pay and the paid plan is not activated on your account, and we cannot activate it within a reasonable time of you telling us, we refund the payment in full.

Rights the law does not let us waive. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable right you hold under the consumer-protection law that applies to you, including any mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off right. Where such a right requires a refund, we provide it, whether or not the window in section 2 has passed.

5. How refunds under section 4 are paid

Write to hello@growthroles.com from your account email with the transaction reference. We respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 business days of approval; the exact timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your statement, contact us first. A duplicate or failed charge is fixed faster by us than by a dispute. Accounts that raise chargebacks on legitimately delivered service may be suspended while the dispute is open.

7. If we ever discontinue the paid service

If we permanently shut down the paid service during a period you have paid for, we will refund the unused portion of that period pro rata. That is the one situation in which a proportional refund is owed, because the failure to deliver would be ours.
