About the team
You’ll join Spotify’s Central Europe Marketing team, part of our Markets organization, focused on building meaningful connections with audiences across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for 1 year fixed term in Berlin!  This team brings Spotify to life through culturally relevant campaigns, brand activations, and live experiences that resonate deeply with local music and youth culture. You’ll collaborate across global and regional teams to shape how Spotify shows up in culture across the DACH region.    

What You'll Do

  • Bring Spotify’s brand to life through live experiences, brand activations, and culturally relevant campaigns across Central Europe
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns from idea through launch and retrospective

  • Use audience insights and cultural trends to shape locally relevant and engaging marketing initiatives

  • Partner closely with Music, Podcasts, Comms, and Global Marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns

  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners, managing briefs, timelines, and creative output

  • Act as a key contact for global campaigns and partnerships, ensuring strong local market execution

  • Build presentations and campaign plans, and contribute to post-campaign analysis and learnings

  • Stay on top of cultural moments and trends, helping the team respond in real time with meaningful brand participation

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, brand activations, or live events
  • You understand the music and youth culture landscape across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland

  • You communicate confidently in German and are comfortable working in English

  • You pay attention to detail and can manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment

  • You enjoy working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with partners

  • You are organized and comfortable balancing structured planning with real-time execution

  • You are curious about culture and trends, and enjoy turning insights into impactful ideas

  • You are comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and project management

Where You’ll Be

  • This role is based in Berlin
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 3 times per week.
