Job Description:
The Specialist / Sr. Specialist Stores Brand Experience Marketing is responsible for the store marketing experience, strategy, and execution within the Hollister brands. This individual is the team expert in the customer journey and brand throughout stores and is accountable for ideating and creating original branded content, along with fostering the organization and cross-functional partnerships required to execute against the overall brand strategy.
This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Store channel owner- is expert in customer journey and brand throughout stores and beyond-understands how customers shop digital (including influencer and social) and store channels in tandem
- Owns store marketing experience strategy, optimization, and planning- seeing through seasonal stores initiatives from experience sprint to execution
- Builds relationships with regional and district store managers to regularly get feedback on how customers experience our marketing
- Marketplace expert- is relentless about comp shopping and understands what competitors are doing
- Partners closely with the Data & Analytics, testing, and customer insights teams to understand data behind customer journey
- Reviews and proofs all seasonal content, ensuring strategy and brand standard cuts through in marketing
- Provides strategic feedback and voices curiosities on marketing content
- Works closely with international teams, PCM/visual, and store operations on store nuances, with a strong understanding of various store types, fixturing and unique marketing needs across store tiers
- Owns experience map and JIRA ticket creation for seasonal store marketing, ensuring accuracy and deadlines being met
- Stores Marketing Budget planning and accountability in partnership with Procurement lead
- Represents and leads seasonal strategy in leadership meetings/reviews
- Regularly audits stores to ensure seamless customer journey/accurate content
- Leads the planning of store content updates and operational excellence
- Owns various processes and strategic initiatives including: elevated experience ideation & execution, new sign type exploration & implementation, promo marketing support
- Support brand strategy team with in-store events when needed
- Accountable for New Store Openings and ensuring each store receives marketing by premiere date
What Do You Need To Bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related experience
- 4-6 years of Marketing experience
- Experience in store marketing, visual merchandising, print, and/or marketing strategy preferred
- A strong eye for quality and trend as it relates to the Abercrombie & Fitch stores and brand
- Experience managing and collaborating with large cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
