Growth Roles summary, based on the employer's posting.
What you'll do
- Take new DTC and e-commerce clients from kickoff through account launch and ongoing management
- Set budgets, CPA or ROAS targets, audiences, reporting routines, and first-stage success criteria
- Build campaign structures, tracking, pixels, CAPI, conversion paths, audiences, and budget allocations
- Monitor campaigns daily, pace spend, test creative and bidding, and expand the approaches that perform
- Present weekly and monthly results to clients, raising risks early with a corrective plan
What you bring
- At least three years of hands-on paid media buying across Meta and Google
- DTC or e-commerce experience owning ROAS or CPA for specific accounts
- Confidence leading client conversations independently, including difficult performance discussions
- Working knowledge of GA4, pixels, CAPI, attribution, and the data behind campaign results
- Ability to run multiple accounts from setup through delivery while keeping each on track
Who this fits
You’ll suit a hands-on senior operator who personally runs several client accounts rather than supervising them. The role involves solo client calls, direct ownership of spend and performance, and work across DTC and e-commerce. Agency experience, Google Shopping and feed work, and a proven creative testing framework are useful additions.
From the employer
The Role
You'll own paid media end to end for a set of DTC and e-commerce accounts: onboarding a new client, building their accounts from scratch, and running live campaigns against revenue targets. You're the person the client speaks to about their spend. You explain what's working, what isn't, and what you're doing about it.
This is a hands-on seat, not an oversight one. You run the accounts yourself.
What You Own
Onboarding a new client
- Lead the kickoff: budgets, targets (CPA/ROAS), audiences, and reporting cadence
- Audit existing ad accounts, tracking setup, and creative libraries before anything goes live
- Agree what good looks like in month one, three, and six
Setting up
- Configure ad accounts, pixels, CAPI, and conversion tracking
- Build the account structure: campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budget splits
- Brief creative and feed requirements to the studio team
Running the account
- Launch, monitor, and optimise daily against KPIs
- Manage budget pacing and move spend where it performs
- Run creative, audience, and bidding tests, then scale what works
- Own the weekly and monthly client reporting and walk clients through it
- Flag risks early. If a target is slipping, the client hears it from you first, with a plan
What You Need
- 3+ years buying paid media, hands-on, across Meta and Google (TikTok a plus)
- A track record in DTC or e-commerce where you owned ROAS or CPA and can talk through specific accounts
- Comfortable running client calls solo, including the difficult ones about performance
- Strong on tracking and attribution: GA4, pixel, CAPI, and reading the data behind a result
- Able to run several accounts at once, start to finish, and keep each one on plan
Nice to Have
- Agency background running multiple clients
- Feed management and Google Shopping experience
- A creative testing framework you've actually used
