Influencer Marketing Manager (HUB / UGC & Performance)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth, or Performance, preferably within digital agencies, influencer marketing agencies, talent agencies, or consumer/beauty brands.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale Influencer Marketing budgets, ideally exceeding $8M MXN annually.
  • Strong experience in budget allocation, monitoring, optimization, and reallocation based on campaign performance and business objectives.
  • Deep knowledge of the influencer, creator, talent management, and agency ecosystem in Mexico, particularly within Beauty and Lifestyle.
  • Experience developing and implementing UGC programs, including creator sourcing, contracting, usage rights, content production, and amplification.
  • Experience with experiential marketing, connecting offline activations with creator content, digital amplification, and campaign measurement.
  • Strong understanding of Paid Media and Performance Marketing, particularly Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, including creator content amplification.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect investment, creators, content, paid media, and business results.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance through metrics such as CPM, CPE, CPV, CTR, CPA, conversions, ROAS, and ROI.
  • Advanced English (mandatory).

Activities

  • Develop and lead Influencer Marketing and UGC strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale Influencer Marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across creators, UGC, experiential activations, and Paid Media.
  • Monitor campaign performance and dynamically reallocate investment based on results, creator performance, platforms, formats, and business priorities.
  • Lead the scouting, selection, negotiation, and management of influencers, creators, celebrities, KOLs, talent managers, and agencies.
  • Develop and oversee UGC programs, including creator volume, contracting models, usage rights, production processes, and content delivery.
  • Coordinate experiential marketing activations and connect offline experiences with creator content, amplification, and measurement.
  • Work closely with Paid Media teams to amplify influencer and creator content through Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Partnership Ads, Spark Ads, and other paid formats.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to increase, maintain, reallocate, or stop investment based on data.
  • Maintain direct client communication, including strategic presentations, budget reviews, campaign performance, optimization recommendations, and timelines.
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign quality, profitability, and results.
