HOW YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE WOULD LOOK LIKE:

• Reviewing user-generated content against the platform's community guidelines

• Identifying and actioning content that violates policy, accurately and within SLA

• Escalating sensitive or borderline cases following the correct protocol

• Keeping up to date with policy changes and applying them consistently

• Maintaining accuracy and productivity targets while handling sensitive material

Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Language Maestro: Fluent in Norwegian, good English

• Strong attention to detail and consistent judgment

• Emotional resilience — this role involves exposure to sensitive content

• Ability to make quick, well-reasoned decisions under guidelines

• Comfortable working with digital platforms and internal tools

• Discretion and confidentiality at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Clean criminal record

• B2+ English level

• Availability to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal or Covilhã)
