Overall Purpose: Shape the performance of strategic supplier and partner operations that support Sales and Service, Service, and Technical Support. As a Senior Vendor Manager, you will turn business priorities into focused partner actions, strengthen relationships from executive leaders to frontline operations, and use performance and customer insights to improve execution. This role offers meaningful autonomy, regular interaction with senior leaders, and the opportunity to influence customer experience, operational performance, and adoption of new capabilities across internal and partner organizations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience in vendor management, supplier management, partner operations, outsourced operations, service delivery, or a comparable operational environment.
- Experience using performance data and operational trends to identify issues, recommend actions, and track outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships across multiple organizational levels and influence without direct authority.
- Experience coordinating issue resolution, continuous improvement, or cross-functional execution in a complex environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly with operational teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders.
Job Contribution: Oversees entry to mid-level sales employees, responsible for assigning tasks, implementing sales plans and adherence to company policies. Leads the team to manage small, less complex sales with a smaller quota or territory. Handles process-driven assignments with moderate oversight. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary
action, and promotional activity for subordinates.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in BPO, contact center operations, Sales and Service, Service, Technical Support, or a related customer-operations environment.
- Experience managing strategic partners or suppliers against service, quality, customer, compliance, or operational-performance commitments.
- Experience supporting adoption of new technologies, tools, or operating capabilities.
- Relevant certification where required for the applicable business area.
