Who this fits
You’ll suit a hands-on marketer who can move between events, content, and operational tasks without much direction. Some trade show attendance and travel across Europe are required, along with working in the office two to three days each week. Academic background is less important than practical experience, and the company welcomes people from varied backgrounds.
From the employer
We're one of the fastest-growing companies in unattended retail tech — 800+ customers, 50,000+ live points of sale across Europe, and a product that's redefining how the world shops. We are looking for a hands-on, energetic marketer. We've got a packed calendar: trade shows across Europe, product promotion, a big Christmas push, and awards to enter. We need someone who gets stuck in, executes brilliantly, and doesn't need hand-holding.
- Events managing: our September to November trade show programme across UK/Europe (with some attendance required). Logistics, assets, on-site delivery, pre and post event content and more. Then get stuck in with early prep and planning for the H1 2027 events schedule
- Social media: scheduling, copywriting, and community engagement across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Video content: coordinating production, briefing freelancers, and getting content out the door
- Christmas: client gifts coordination and seasonal comms
- Vending industry awards: research, writing, and submitting our entries
- 1 - 5 years of marketing experience with a strong track record of getting things done independently
- Events experience: comfortable with logistics, vendors, and being on a stand talking to customers
- Organised and process-driven, you track everything and nothing falls through the cracks
- Canva or similar design tools for creating assets
- Self-starter who doesn't need much direction to get moving
- HubSpot or similar CRM a bonus but not essential
- Excellent written and spoken English; French or German a genuine plus
We are more interested in your attitude and hands-on experience than your academic profile, and welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Real ownership of live projects from day one - nothing is theoretical here
- An international team that cares deeply and moves fast
- Europe-wide travel to some great cities
- Variety and pace - Events, content, operations - no two weeks are the same
- Offices in Zurich, London, and 4 other countries - required 2-3 days in office
- A genuine springboard — if you're brilliant, there may well be more opportunity at the end of the contract
