This role is hybrid remote with 60% weekly in-office presence in Mooresville, NC. (3 days in office per week)
- Solid skills at understanding customer opportunities and needs in alignment with Bosch's unique value proposition and objectives
- Manage and implement corporate strategies, promotions, programs and objectives to ensure timely and effective outcomes
- Development of excellent working relationship as a business leader with customer decision makers/influencers through effective working relationships at all levels, as well as internal team members
- Analysis of trends, inventory, purchasing patterns and evaluation of account business, forecasting of account inventory requirements
- Review SKU listings to achieve best share position and optimization of account inventory and purchasing patterns
- Develop sales strategies and long-term plans to drive sales and create preference for Bosch products through balanced promotional programs
- Manage account events; grand openings; contractor nights, resets, product knowledge, road shows, store walks etc. with field sales and marketing associates to ensure timely and effective program outcomes
- Responsible for the planning and effective execution of rollouts in National Accounts in conjunction with the National Sales Manager, Retail.
- Manage E-commerce and online brand initiatives
- Experience working at Lowe's in merchandising or experience calling on Lowe's merchants required
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Lowe's merchandising role, Vendor Key Account Manager, National Account Manager or Business Development roles
- Excellent presentation, forecasting and analytical skills with a strategic mindset
- Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- University Degree or College Diploma preferred (or equivalent 5-7 years of related work experience)
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and/or CRM experience preferred
- Excellent presentation, forecasting and analytical skills with a strategic mindset
- Ability to travel up to 30%

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $160,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
