About the role
Purpose of the role: Marekting reporting and analysis, administration of marketing operations tools and continuous reporting processes improvement to increase speed of decision making and business output.
What you’ll be doing
- Analyse data sets to generate insights and track performance on marketing KPIs. Also, support finalisation of targets for these KPIs.
- Provide best practice/training support to marketing teams in areas where marketing generated data is being processed.
- Create and present marketing reports/dashboards to marketing director and HoMs to enable decision making e.g. NPS report, Sales advocacy of marketing report.
- Support optimum utilisation of systems and technology (e.g. digitisation and automation of processes) to deliver business change and achieve efficiencies.
- Support the Marketing team to deliver to agreed objectives.
- Collaboration with Senior Management Team and wider business to ensure business objectives are delivered.
- Deliverables/Update customer events calendar - which is used by sales to see marketing events across globe
Essential Skills / Experience
- Understanding and hands on experience on Salesforce CRM and knowledge of CRM tools like Siebel and Eloqua
- Good understanding of MS office and MS Access
- Ability of work on multiple sets of data to bring out the most useful and actionable insights.
- Understanding of business processes and ability to design processes to achieve automation and efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Role requires interaction with senior leadership.
Desirable Skills / Experience
Qualifications:
- A Marketing qualification is desirable, but not essential.
- Typically a degree and post graduate qualification in a related subject, e.g. Business
or Marketing.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing preferably in data analysis and reporting.
- Experienced in interacting with senior stakeholders under tight delivery timelines.
- In depth experience of at least one marketing discipline and a good understanding of the whole marketing mix.
- Should have worked with people from other business locations or functions.
