What you'll do

What you bring
- A degree in communication design, media design, visual communication, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in corporate design, brand work, company communications, or a related setting
- Experience independently developing and producing digital and print materials with strong visual judgment
- Confident use of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and ideally Firefly
- Fluent German and English, plus strong advisory, moderation, teamwork, and structured hands-on skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Corporate Design & Markenstandards: Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung des Corporate Designs sowie zentraler Marken- und Gestaltungsstandards im Unternehmen
Visuelle Konzeption & Gestaltung: Eigenständige Konzeption und visuelle Gestaltung von Kommunikationsmitteln, Kampagnen, Online-Assets und Vorlagen für interne und externe Kanäle
Präsentationen & Vorlagen: Verantwortung für zentrale Unternehmenspräsentationen, Kommunikationsvorlagen und gestalterische Standards
Beratung & Abstimmung: Beratung von Fachbereichen und internationalen Gesellschaften zu Marken-, Design- und Kommunikationsthemen
Moderne Tools & KI: Entwicklung effizienter, KI-gestützter Vorlagen, Workflows und Standards für die Erstellung von Kommunikationsmitteln
Agentursteuerung & Projekte: Steuerung von Agenturen und Dienstleistern sowie Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Kommunikations- und Markenprojekten
REQUIREMENTS:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikationsdesign, Mediengestaltung, visuelle Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Corporate Design, Marken- oder, Unternehmenskommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
Erfahrung in der eigenständigen visuellen Konzeption und handwerklichen Umsetzung von Digital- und Printmedien
Sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud, insbesondere InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop und idealerweise Firefly
Ausgeprägte gestalterische Kompetenz und ein sicheres Gespür für visuelle Kommunikation, Corporate Design, Layout und Markenführung
Erfahrung oder hohe Affinität im Einsatz digitaler Tools und KI-Anwendungen zur Gestaltung effizienter Kommunikations- und Designprozesse
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sehr gute Beratungs-, Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamgeist und eine eigenständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
