What you'll do

What you bring
- One to two years of relevant experience in influencer, public relations, digital, content, or brand marketing
- A completed university or college credential in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
- Working knowledge of performance data across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging channels
- Experience using influencer discovery and analytics platforms such as CreatorIQ, Traackr, or comparable tools
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategy and established practices

Burson est à la recherche d’un·e coordonnateur·trice stagiaire en marketing d’influence pour collaborer avec des marques emblématiques dans les secteurs de la beauté, du commerce de détail et des produits de grande consommation (CPG). Vos responsabilités
- Identifier, approcher, négocier, gérer et mesurer des programmes de marketing d’influence, notamment des collaborations de type seeding, en alignement avec les plans stratégiques définis par l’équipe et les clients.
- Planifier, coordonner et assurer le suivi des campagnes d’influence, incluant la gestion d’envois à grande échelle (mailers).
- Développer des rapports de performance en analysant et en optimisant le contenu organique et commandité des influenceurs.
- Effectuer une veille constante des tendances émergentes en matière de médias sociaux, plateformes, technologies et influenceurs sur le marché canadien.
- Réaliser des recherches et analyses sur les médias sociaux afin d’identifier les tendances de conversation et repérer les influenceurs clés.
Profil recherché
- Minimum de 1 à 2 ans d’expérience pertinente, en marketing d’influence, relations publiques, marketing numérique, de contenu ou de marque, idéalement en agence.
- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial complété au moment de l’entrée en poste en marketing, communications, relations publiques ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Bonne compréhension des données et indicateurs de performance des principales plateformes sociales (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest et autres canaux émergents).
- Connaissance solide de l’écosystème du marketing d’influence, de son rôle stratégique et de ses meilleures pratiques.
- Expérience avec des plateformes de recherche et d’analyse d’influenceurs telles que CreatorIQ, Traackr ou des outils similaires.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à traiter un volume élevé de demandes.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication écrite et orale.
- Aptitude à établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les influenceurs, les agences et les équipes internes.
- Esprit créatif, autonomie et capacité à résoudre des problèmes.
- Une expérience en gestion de programmes d’influence constitue un atout.
La rémunération globale annuelle pour ce poste est de 36 000 $ CA, incluant l’ensemble des avantages sociaux applicables.
