We expect the new team member to:
Maintain close and based on a mutual trust relationship with existing partners;
Monitor partners' activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase performance;
Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities;
Be a key member of the affiliate marketing team, bringing ideas to the table for marketing, client outreach, prospecting, etc.
Essential Skills and Experience:
2+ years of experience in partnerships marketing;
Strong communication & presentation skills;
Strategically finding new, measurable solutions for the business through collaboration across all channels and beyond;
Excellent interpersonal technique with sales, and negotiation skills;
Dedicated to working hard and taking on responsibilities;
Being familiar with the digital channels used by Affiliate partners (PPC, Social Media, E-mail, SEO, and so on.);
A team player who strongly believes in achieving great things and being strong in unity;
Know how to have fun and see any failure as an opportunity to learn.

Gross salary range starts from 2900 EUR/month.
