The Team:

The DACH Field Marketing team drives strategic growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We generate regional demand, build sales pipeline, and scale customer advocacy. You will work closely with regional Sales/Account teams, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and extended global marketing functions (Partner Marketing, Global Campaigns, and Customer Experience).

The Role:

As a Field Marketing Working Student, you will gain hands-on B2B marketing experience within the world’s leading Process Intelligence enterprise. You will take ownership of field events, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, and lead execution across the DACH market with a high level of responsibility from day one.

The work you’ll do:

• Field Events & Webinars: Assist in planning, setting up, and executing regional field marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner with DACH Field Marketing Managers to plan and execute targeted ABM initiatives for key enterprise accounts.
• Lead Management & Sales Alignment: Collaborate with the BDR organization on lead routing, campaign follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
• Market Research & Partnerships: Identify 3rd-party industry events, media publications, and sponsorship opportunities across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Campaign Analytics: Track and analyze event and campaign performance metrics to inform future marketing strategy.
• Localization & Asset Creation: Work with global demand generation teams and external agencies to localize marketing collaterals and use-case campaigns for the DACH market.

The qualifications you need:

• Education: Enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Native or business-fluent German and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Location: Ability to work from our Munich Headquarters for minimum 6 months.
• Skills & Mindset: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and interest in B2B tech/SaaS marketing.
• Bonus / Preferred: Prior experience with campaign management, event execution, and (marketing) tools (e.g., Salesforce, ON24, Gemini, Claude, Google Suite) is a plus
