What you'll do

What you bring
- At least five years of progressive commercial work within hospitality, including three years leading hotel sales teams
- A record of delivering revenue and market-share targets across commercial responsibilities
- Hands-on people management plus experience with corporate, group and MICE customer segments
- Working knowledge of Delphi FDC or an equivalent CRM, advanced Microsoft Office and revenue reporting systems
- A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, marketing or a related discipline is preferred

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS EDUCATION
· Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
· Postgraduate qualification in Commercial Management, Hotel Management or Business Administration is desirable.
EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 5 years of progressive commercial experience within the hospitality industry.
· Minimum 3 years in a leadership role directing hotel sales teams.
· Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and market share objectives.
· Experience managing corporate, group and MICE segments.
· Previous people-management experience required.
· Hilton experience preferred
