What you'll do
- Build and support affiliate relationships, keeping partners informed while expanding the network
- Guide new affiliates through onboarding and resolve tracking, disputes, fraud, and other partner issues
- Track traffic, conversions, ROI, and affiliate results through reports and performance analysis
- Improve campaigns, funnels, and operating processes to lift conversion and scale affiliate output
- Work with internal teams on tailored affiliate funnels and recruit additional business partners
What you bring
- At least five years managing affiliate marketing programs and relationships
- Strong command of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and reporting tools
- Advanced digital marketing knowledge across SEO, media buying, paid social, and other channels
- Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills, backed by strong data interpretation and ROI-focused decisions
- Fluent English communication and a record of owning work in fast-changing environments

Your Role
Reporting directly to our Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, Hugo, this is what you'll be doing:
Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported
Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program
Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI
Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and find any opportunities to scale
Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network
Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates
Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management
Your Qualifications
Hard Skills
5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and network
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies on diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials, etc.)
Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI
Soft Skills

Faced strong challenges (Affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, volume drops, etc.)
Previous experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level
Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing
Experience with subscription-based business models
Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques
