Who this fits

The role
This role will work effectively across Group Brand & Marketing and Corporate Affairs & Brand contributing to an increasingly integrated operating model with shared priorities, connected workflows and clear interfaces. To develop foundational creative skills within an internal agency environment by supporting the delivery of motion design, video production, and conceptual creative work. The role provides hands on experience across the full creative process, ranging from idea generation and storyboarding to animation, filming and postproduction, while working collaboratively with designers, copywriters and account teams. Through exposure to studio workflows, brand governance and corporate compliance, the traineeship is designed to help you build your technical craft, refine your creative strengths, and gain a well rounded grounding for a career in creative and marketing disciplines.
As part of the role, you will follow brand, compliance and quality standards. You will be confident applying brand governance and regulatory requirements to ensure all outputs align with Group standards and support consistent, high quality brand execution.
You will also be supported in obtaining a formal qualification in Marketing.
What are we looking for?
Basic understanding of marketing and brand principles. Able to demonstrate awareness of how brand, marketing, creative, or content activities work together within a wider marketing system.
Good communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable working with others, building relationships, and contributing effectively to cross functional projects.
Comfortable using or exploring AI-enabled tools and a willingness to learn to enhance content planning, social analytics and productivity, ensuring outputs meet brand, regulatory and compliance requirements.
Organisational skills and the ability to support multiple projects. Can manage day to day tasks, support project coordination and contribute to efficient studio or marketing workflows.
A degree‑level qualification (or equivalent) in Brand, Marketing or a related discipline is preferable.
Some experience of working in a professional or design environment (for example through a placement, internship or part‑time role) would be beneficial
Some experience of using MS Office applications such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel to create reports and presentations
