The Coordinator of Recruitment and Community Engagement leads the University of Maine Honors College's efforts to recruit and enroll an academically talented and engaged student body and plays a critical role in our student success efforts by creating a seamless continuum from prospective student engagement through active participation in the Honors community. Typical hiring range for this position is $45,500 to $48,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- One year of related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to a variety of audiences
- Interest in fostering student growth and development
- Proficiency with technology platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, etc.
Preferred:
- At least two years’ related experience
- Experience with college admissions and/or recruitment
- Experience designing, leading and managing events
- Ability to manage, analyze, and interpret data and data sets
- Experience designing materials for online and print media
