Fever for Business (F4B) is our B2B organization, built around a simple idea: providing live experiences as a service to other businesses.

We help businesses, schools and global brands create memorable events without the usual complexity by providing a reliable, scalable, and high-quality service.

From intimate Candlelight Private Concert or a large-scale multi-city activation, we turn live entertainment into a repeatable business solution that drives employee engagement and brand differentiation. Our team owns the full journey from initial sales and strategy to global execution working closely with Fever Originals and Operations to scale B2B experiences smoothly and at a global level.

What You'll Do

As our organization continues to scale, Sales Productivity plays a critical role in ensuring every new hire, manager, and sales leader has the knowledge, tools, processes, and coaching required to succeed.

You will report directly to the Vice President, Fever for Business, and work closely with RevOps, Product, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to define how world-class sales performance is built and scaled across Fever.

Onboarding & Speed-to-Productivity

  • Design and lead Fever’s onboarding program for all Fever for Business new hires globally, ensuring alignment with the global enablement framework
  • Translate global sales methodologies and best practices into structured, scalable training programs for global teams
  • Build certification frameworks covering product knowledge, messaging, discovery, negotiation, objection handling, and sales process for regional Fever for Business roles
  • Continuously improve onboarding effectiveness through performance tracking, stakeholder feedback, and ramp-to-productivity analysis

Coaching & Sales Execution

  • Work directly with the global teams through call reviews, deal reviews, role plays, and 1:1 coaching
  • Partner with global managers to identify performance gaps and deploy targeted training and coaching initiatives by market, segment, or team
  • Establish coaching cadences and execution best practices in alignment with global enablement standards
  • Act as the primary feedback loop between the field teams and RevOps regarding process adherence, CRM hygiene, and tool adoption

Playbooks & Commercial Content

  • Own and continuously evolve the Fever for Business Playbook, ensuring consistency with Fever’s global playbook while adapting to regional needs
  • Standardize sales language, messaging, and qualification frameworks across regions
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to develop and maintain commercial content and sales assets
  • Ensure regional best practices are documented, accessible, and consistently adopted, while feeding successful approaches back into the global enablement structure

Methodology & Change Management

  • Lead the implementation and adoption of sales methodologies across the Fever for Business department
  • Drive successful roll-out of new tools, technologies, and sales processes for regional teams in close partnership with global enablement and RevOps
  • Partner with RevOps to improve sales productivity through operational excellence, process clarity, and disciplined execution
  • Measure adoption and effectiveness of enablement initiatives through clear performance metrics such as ramp time, pipeline quality, conversion, and activity execution

Culture & Performance

  • Design initiatives that reinforce a high-performance sales culture, including competitions, blitz days, certifications, and recognition programs
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Fever for Business leadership to define the profile of top-performing sales talent
  • Build career development frameworks for professionals and managers across the region

Who You Are

  • At least 7+ years of experience in a mix of top-tier consulting firms, sales enablement, sales leadership, commercial excellence, revenue operations, ideally within high-growth, multi-market organizations
  • Proven experience supporting global sales teams, with a strong understanding of regional commercial dynamics.
  • Passionate about sales, coaching, training, and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
  • Experience building scalable onboarding, training, and enablement programs that improve ramp time and sales execution
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and commercial execution
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated data-driven approach to decision-making, prioritization, and performance management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence regional leaders and collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal
  • Spanish and any other language is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable working with AI tools, Salesforce, Tableau, and modern sales technology stacks
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive change across distributed teams
