Role brief

Growth Roles summary, based on the employer's posting.

What you'll do

  • Build and scale web acquisition campaigns on Meta, while owning strategy and performance targets
  • Manage bidding, account structure, audience groups, and budget shifts to improve ROAS
  • Create high-volume creative testing systems, then scale the concepts that perform best
  • Use AI and automation to improve reporting, creative analysis, optimization, and recurring UA work
  • Analyze LTV, monetization, attribution, and web-funnel data to recommend growth opportunities

What you bring

  • At least five years in performance marketing and user acquisition, preferably in fast-growth settings
  • Expert hands-on Meta Ads management at scale, plus experience with TikTok Ads or Snapchat Ads
  • A record of handling substantial monthly budgets against ROAS, CPA, and LTV goals
  • Working knowledge of web attribution, analytics platforms, BI tools, and SQL or advanced spreadsheets
  • Upper-intermediate or advanced English, with strong cross-functional communication and project management skills

Who this fits

You’ll suit a self-directed senior marketer who can make decisions without a fixed playbook and challenge weak processes directly. The role combines media buying with ownership of LTV, retention, monetization, and business results. It is based in Vilnius with a hybrid schedule requiring three office days each week.

From the employer

500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.

Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.

With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.

The job

  • Plan, execute, and scale web user acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram)— building a scalable UA engine
  • Own your strategy and KPIs end-to-end: we provide the resources and the "why," you define the "how." No hand-holding, no micro-management — just results
  • Monitor and optimize account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation across platforms
  • Lead creative testing frameworks — build and manage scalable systems for testing high volumes of creatives, identify what wins and why, and replicate success at scale
  • Drive incremental growth through performance-focused strategy and rapid experimentation
  • Own dynamic budget allocation to maximize ROAS
  • Use AI tools and automation to streamline reporting, creative testing analysis, campaign optimization, and other recurring UA workflows
  • Collaborate closely with analytics, creative, MarTech, and growth teams — guide creative focus, forecast asset delivery, and write clear technical requirements
  • Dig into LTV, monetization, and web funnels; when a number moves, you're the first to ask why
  • Generate insights from performance data, proactively surface opportunities, and produce regular performance reports and strategic recommendations
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, evolving privacy regulations, and emerging AI capabilities relevant to performance marketing

Must Have

  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience in user acquisition, ideally in high-growth environments
  • Expert-level experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads at scale, with hands-on experience in TikTok Ads and/or Snapchat Ads
  • Proven track record managing significant monthly budgets and optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and LTV
  • Solid understanding of web attribution principles and experience with tracking/analytics platforms
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar); comfortable pulling and analyzing data via SQL and/or advanced Excel or Google Sheets
  • Practical experience using AI tools to automate or accelerate marketing workflows — reporting, creative analysis, campaign optimization, or process automation more broadly
  • Strong communication and project management skills — able to sell ideas and negotiate priorities cross-functionally with stakeholders who don't report to you
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: when the roadmap shifts or a problem has no clear playbook, you build the solution rather than wait for one
  • Direct communicator who gives and welcomes honest feedback; willing to challenge a broken process or a wrong call
  • You care about how UA affects LTV, product retention, and the business bottom line — business owner first, media buyer second
  • Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency
  • Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Experience in healthtech, wellness, or other strictly regulated verticals is a strong advantage

Salary Range - gross per month (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)€4.800—€5.800 EUR
