ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Acquisition Marketing Manager to own acquisition marketing operations across FOX One’s paid and owned & operated channels. This role will serve as the central point of organization and communication across campaigns and placements, ensuring creative, timelines, approvals, and execution remain aligned back to the FOX One strategy.


You will manage the day-to-day workflow with our agency partner, keeping paid acquisition campaigns on track from creative specifications through launch. You will also own the end-to-end trafficking process for owned & operated and synergy placements, partnering closely with FOX News, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, and Tubi. Across these efforts, you will ensure messaging, assets, and placements are coordinated and consistent while serving as a key resource for campaign status, troubleshooting, and execution.


A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support media plan development and execution across paid and owned & operated channels to drive subscriber acquisition, keeping multiple concurrent campaigns, creative assets, placements, and deadlines organized and on track
  • Manage the relationship and daily workflow with our outside agency, as well as other vendors and platforms, coordinating campaign specifications, creative assets, timelines, approvals, and deliverables
  • Own the end-to-end trafficking process for owned & operated and synergy placements in partnership with FOX News, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, and Tubi
  • Partner with the brand and creative team to request, approve, and traffic assets, and steward creative alignment strategy across campaigns to ensure the right message reaches the right placement and audience
  • Coordinate with agencies, platforms, and vendors on campaign execution and optimization, and serve as a central point of contact providing clear status updates and proactively identifying and resolving execution issues
  • Build and maintain processes and tracking systems, including campaign documentation and trackers, that create visibility across campaigns, stakeholders, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Conduct competitive and audience research to inform campaign strategy
  • Partner closely with business units and creative teams to ensure assets meet campaign requirements and are delivered on schedule
  • Proactively flag risks, troubleshoot issues, and hold internal and external partners accountable to campaign timelines

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Typically, 7+ years of experience in media, ad operations, marketing, or a related area, with demonstrated ownership of campaign strategy or asset creative processes
  • Demonstrated experience stewarding creative alignment, ensuring messaging and assets are seamlessly tailored to and optimized for the right placements and audience touchpoints
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns, deliverables, and stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to build and maintain processes that keep creative and campaigns aligned across teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working across internal business units, creative teams, and external agency partners
  • Ability to proactively identify and communicate issues, troubleshoot campaign execution challenges, and hold partners accountable to deadlines
  • Occasional flexibility to work evenings and weekends in support of live programming, breaking news, launches, and marquee events.
  • Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position. Selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience working in paid social, CTV, or programmatic campaigns
  • Familiarity with Excel, Airtable, and Figma for campaign tracking, reporting, and workflow management
  • Experience working within a lean team or marketing organization and successfully managing responsibilities across multiple areas

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $102,000.00-153,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
