We will work with Distributor Partners in the east Region. We are currently looking for Marketing Manager of East EU, the details Job responsibilities as below:

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, dealer promotions, and brand awareness in the eastern region.
Work closely with sales teams and distributors to drive demand generation and improve market penetration.
Analyze regional market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Coordinate with headquarters and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective execution.
Responsible for Digital , Websites, Events and all in close cooperation with the partner
Support dealer marketing initiatives, including POS materials, events, and local promotions.

💼 What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience in the motor / automotive industry or related sectors.
Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and channel marketing.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Customer-oriented mindset & Results oriented.
Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
Excellent English & one of Europe language skills(German, Czech etc.).
