Role Overview:

Could you be our next Digital Content Creator? Globe Life is looking for a Digital Content Creator to join the team!

In this role, you are responsible for developing and writing a wide variety of marketing and communications content across print and digital channels and collaborates with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to refine ideas, solve content challenges, and deliver content that supports business objectives. This role is also responsible for maintaining established brand standards while working with limited direction to execute high-quality content that drives results.

This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX (WFH Monday & Fri. In Office Tues, Wed, Thurs).

What You Will Do:

• Develop and write high-quality content across print and digital channels, including flyers, brochures, training materials, blogs, magazine articles, and video scripts.

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the development and review process.

• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to established brand standards.

• Execute projects with limited direction while maintaining alignment with overall creative direction.

• Independently manage assigned work through the project management system to meet project deadlines.

• Contribute creative ideas and incorporate feedback to continuously improve content quality.

What You Can Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of professional writing or copywriting experience in marketing, communications, or a related environment.

• Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating range across content types required.

• Strong writing and editing skills in English with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and purposes.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.

• Ability to apply brand standards accurately across a wide range of content types and complex projects.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written content.

• Ability to lead project discussions and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the Company.

• Experience with project management systems and AI-assisted content tools a plus.
