Reporting to the Director of Content Marketing, the Specialist, Marketing, is responsible for activating Petline’s social media strategy to engage consumers, customers, and partners while managing brand reputation. This role champions social media governance and best practices across the company, requiring strong campaign and community management skills. Key responsibilities include executing strategic plans, monitoring engagement, analyzing performance, and supporting content strategy and planning.

  • Lead reporting and analysis of social performance; share insights and recommend optimizations.
  • Coordinate content planning and production with internal teams and external partners.

  • Ensure adherence to social media governance and collaborate across business units and committees.
