Who this fits
This role suits an active Reddit user who combines writing, observation, analysis, and moderation judgment. Previous community management experience is not required, though SMM, moderation, tech, SaaS, AI, or GenAI experience would help. You’ll work full-time onsite from Higgsfield’s Almaty office.

What you will work on
Growing and developing our subreddit: content, conversation, and the community around it;
Talking to users and understanding what actually makes people stay and participate;
Creating content people genuinely want to read and engage with;
Tracking sentiment and spotting shifts in how the community talks about us;
Moderation and conflict management — keeping the community healthy, not just busy;
Finding patterns in community feedback, testing different approaches, and turning what you learn into action.
Your must haves
You don't need a long list of previous community management jobs. But we're looking for more than someone who just loves Reddit.
Genuinely active on Reddit — you understand its culture, its communities, and its unwritten rules;
Able to create content people actually want to read and engage with;
Strong analytical skills: you understand community dynamics, track sentiment, and notice when conversations shift;
Understanding of community health — engagement, moderation, and conflict management;
You spot patterns in feedback, experiment with approaches, and turn insights into action;
English C1+.
Nice to have
Experience as a community manager, in SMM, or as a moderator;
Your own Reddit account with real history, where you post actively;
Background in tech, SaaS or AI products;
An understanding of the GenAI landscape and where it's heading.
