Who this fits

You’ll suit a hands-on marketing leader who can manage a team while owning demand generation, analytics, agencies, and executive reporting. The role is part-time and remote within the United Kingdom. Experience with mid-market or enterprise sales, product launches in category-defining or AI/ML markets, or growth at companies between $20M and $100M ARR is a plus.

From the employer

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to own integrated marketing programs for our mid-market segment. You'll lead a team of 4–5 across demand generation, content, product marketing, and marketing operations, and you'll partner closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps to turn marketing into a predictable pipeline engine.
  • Lead and develop a team of 4–5 marketers; coach individual contributors and hire as the team grows
  • Own quarterly and annual marketing plans, including pipeline targets and budget allocation (~$2M annually)
  • Drive demand generation across paid, content, webinars, events, and ABM motions
  • Partner with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, and GTM for new releases (3–5 launches per year)
  • Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets in partnership with Sales leadership
  • Build the analytics and reporting cadence: campaign performance, funnel health, and ROI by program
  • Manage agency partners (paid media, content, PR) and vendor relationships
  • Present marketing performance to executive team and board
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS
  • 2+ years managing a team of marketers (direct reports)
  • Strong demand-generation foundation: paid acquisition, ABM, webinars, email nurtures
  • Experience with marketing automation (Marketo or HubSpot) and Salesforce
  • Proven track record of hitting pipeline targets and partnering effectively with Sales
  • Comfortable with marketing analytics (GA4, Looker, attribution tools like Bizible/6sense)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice to have
  • Experience launching products in a category-defining or AI/ML space
  • Background working with mid-market or enterprise sales motions
  • Experience scaling marketing at companies between $20M–$100M ARR
