Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with a proven background in a marketing agency environment to manage key client relationships and drive campaign success. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4+ years of agency-side account management experience who understands the pace, structure, and expectations of working with multiple clients and cross-functional marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts within a marketing agency setting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams (paid media, SEO, content, design) to execute campaigns
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews
- Translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies and briefs
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven recommendations
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of account management experience within a marketing or digital agency (non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, paid social, email, content)
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
- Experience handling international clients (UK/US markets preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, ClickUp)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics
