Take your paid media career to the next level, managing seven-figure budgets and global campaigns. You’ll build and optimise campaigns across Search, Social and Programmatic, develop international channel expertise and grow into a true cross-channel performance specialist.

What you’ll do:
· Build and launch high-performing paid media campaigns
· Manage campaigns across Search, Social & Programmatic
· Optimise campaigns to improve performance
· Track KPIs and analyse campaign data
· Turn data into clear insights and recommendations
· Produce client reports and competitor analysis
· Support wider cross-channel media strategy
What we’re looking for:
· Hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads experience
· Strong analytical and data skills
· Strong Excel skills
· Ability to spot trends and opportunities in data
· Passion for paid media and digital marketing
· Strong work ethic and attention to detail
· Collaborative, team-focused approach
