As part of the Customer Experience Marketing team, you will support customer engagement activities across the Nordic region by translating consumer trends and market insights into practical marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with experience in marketing, market intelligence, category insights, or consumer research within the food and beverage industry.

  • Monitor consumer trends, category developments, and new product launches across Nordic food and beverage markets.
  • Analyze market data and insights from sources such as Mintel, Euromonitor, Nielsen, and AI Palette.
  • Support the development of customer-facing presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Help identify growth opportunities by connecting market trends with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to understand customer priorities and market opportunities.
  • Contribute to local marketing initiatives supporting category and business growth.
  • Support customer innovation projects with consumer and market insights.
  • Assist in organizing customer events, workshops, and engagement activities.
  • Travel occasionally within the Nordic region to support customer and marketing activities.
