Work with sales and front-end teams to capture customer requirements
Create detailed network designs covering access layers and CPE devices, especially Cisco
Present solution concepts clearly while interfacing directly with clients
Apply presales experience to shape networking, SDWAN, IWAN, WAN and VOIP solutions

What you bring

At least one to two years of experience in presales work
Strong knowledge of networking, including Cisco CPE, access layers, MPLS, carrier Ethernet and TDM
Understanding of SDWAN, IWAN concepts and VOIP product lines
Service provider experience and familiarity with carriers, VARs and system integrators
Strong client communication, presentation ability and technical aptitude

Responsibilities:

Experience & working on Presales (minimum 1-2 years of experience)

Technical Skills:

Detail knowledge of Networking Technologies (Access layer, CPE devices especially Cisco)
WAN technologies: MPLS, (carrier) Ethernet, TDM
Knowledge on SDWAN,IWAN concepts
Good knowledge on VOIP product lines
Service Provider experience & Knowledge of the telecom market (i.e. Carriers, VAR’s and System Integrators)
Overall technical aptitude and forward thinking
