The Opportunity
As an Account Executive with LendingTree Business Loans, you’ll partner directly with entrepreneurs to understand their financing needs and help them navigate their lending options. LendingTree’s financial technology generates warm leads for our Financial Sales team, giving you the opportunity to focus on building trusted relationships, understanding each business’s unique situation, and finding the right funding solution.
You’ll own the sales process from initial conversation through closing, working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where strong communication, consultative selling, and a drive to achieve results make a direct impact.
How You’ll Make an Impact

Build trusted relationships with small business owners by understanding their businesses, financing needs, and goals through phone and email conversations.

Take a consultative approach to identify appropriate financing solutions and help borrowers achieve their funding objectives.

Present and negotiate funding terms based on each customer’s needs and eligibility.

Own the full sales process from initial customer contact through loan closing, creating a seamless experience for borrowers.

Manage and accurately track your sales funnel using Salesforce and other CRM tools.

Consistently source, develop, and close new business at or above quota.

Contribute to a collaborative sales environment by sharing best practices and helping teammates and the broader organization achieve its goals.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll be part of LendingTree Business Loans’ Financial Sales team, working alongside sales professionals who help small business owners access financing through LendingTree’s marketplace.
You’ll collaborate with teammates to share best practices, improve sales approaches, and support team goals. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment where you’ll have significant ownership of your customer relationships and sales pipeline while working as part of a team.
What You’ll Bring

2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.

Previous B2B sales, fintech, SaaS, or financial services sales experience is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust quickly over the phone.

A strong phone presence and confidence engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers.

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, respond well to coaching, and consistently close business.

Experience managing a sales pipeline and accurately tracking opportunities in a CRM; Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.

Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and competing tasks.

A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and a consistent focus on achieving results.

A four-year degree is preferred but not required; a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
