What you bring

- Use e-commerce data analysis and technology confidently, with strong knowledge of Korean shoppers and digital trends
- Speak Korean fluently and bring fluent English, or at least advanced business-level English, in writing and conversation

As Key Account Manager E-Commerce, you will be at the forefront of driving our online sales growth and shaping the future of our digital commerce presence. You will take ownership of key online retailers - with a strong focus on our “Focus & Grow” and “Optimize” customers - to accelerate performance, maximize visibility, and optimize the consumer journey across all e-commerce touchpoints. Key Result Areas
Turning Strategy into Action:
- You develop and execute a winning E-Commerce Channel Strategy by identifying key growth opportunities, prioritizing customers, and leveraging the latest e-commerce trends and innovations
- You take local ownership of the E-Commerce repeatable model, ensuring alignment with global strategies while tailoring execution to the Japanese market.
- You build and implement a Customer Business Plan that optimizes assortment, paid search, promotions, pricing, and digital activation to drive sustainable growth.
- You will continuously analyse data, track KPIs, and apply revenue management principles to optimize performance and unlock incremental growth in the E-Commerce channel.
Customer Management & Growth:
- You own and strengthen commercial relationships with key e-commerce players, with a primary focus on our “Focus & Grow”and Optimize” customers
- You work closely with the distributor to ensure seamless on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery, accurate invoicing, and operational excellence.
- You ensure flawless execution of the Customer Business Plan, building Perfect e-Stores and driving best-in-class digital activation (paid search, promotions, bannering).
- You take responsibility for the sales forecast by customer, brand, and SKU, working closely with logistics and the distributor to ensure a solid demand planning process that aligns with business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration for Success:
- You partner with the Sales Director to ensure full alignment with overall market and distributor strategies.
- You collaborate with the (Regional) Category Development & Marketing Manager to translate category insights into impactful e-commerce execution.

- You hold a relevant Bachelor degree
- You demonstrate strong understanding of Korea Ecommerce and digital business.
- You have savvy Ecommerce Data analysis and Technology.
- You have 7-9 years in Key Account Management, Sales, or E-Commerce within an (international) FMCG company in Korea.
- Your prior experience managing major Korean e-commerce platforms is a must.
- You have strong understanding of Korean consumer behaviour and digital shopping trends.
Language:
- Fluent in Korean
- Fluent in English is a must (or at least Advanced business level (both verbally and written)

- Strong personality, serious partner in business
- Strong communicator both internal and external. Representative for the company.
