  • Tie technology recommendations to business outcomes and ROI through persuasive business cases and value presentations
  • Coordinate with technical and Delivery teams on proposals covering implementation, integrations, and specialized services
  • Maintain dependable pipeline forecasts while feeding Brazil strategy with account insight and coaching peers

What you bring

  • At least five years selling B2B technology, including time as an Account Executive or comparable closing seller
  • A record of winning complex technology projects through multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles and C-level negotiations
  • Demonstrated independent hunting, pipeline creation, new-logo wins, and consistent quota delivery
  • Prior experience leading people or commercial teams, plus advanced English and strong consultative selling ability

Who this fits

This role suits an autonomous senior enterprise hunter who can diagnose business needs, influence several stakeholders, and sell complex solutions rather than mainly transactional products. You’ll work from São Paulo in a hybrid arrangement and help guide other salespeople while shaping commercial work in Brazil.

From the employer

At Minders, we are looking for a senior sales professional to develop new Enterprise opportunities in Brazil and lead complex commercial processes end-to-end.

We are not simply looking for someone with SaaS experience. We are looking for someone who has sold complex technology solutions or projects, requiring business diagnosis, business case development, multiple stakeholders, executive negotiations, and, in many cases, integrations, implementation, or specialized services.

This person will play an important role not only in closing business, but also in opening new markets, influencing our commercial strategy, and raising the bar of the sales team, bringing previous leadership experience.

What you will do

  • Develop new Enterprise logos, identifying and prioritizing strategic accounts.
  • Build pipeline proactively, without relying exclusively on BDRs, inbound opportunities, or partners.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.
  • Build strong business cases connecting technology to business impact and ROI.
  • Navigate complex organizations and build relationships with multiple stakeholders, including Marketing, Growth, CRM, Digital, Product, and Technology.
  • Lead executive conversations, demos, and value presentations with C-level stakeholders.
  • Work closely with technical and Delivery teams to build proposals involving implementation, integrations, and services.
  • Manage pipeline and forecast with consistency and predictability.
  • Contribute to Minders' commercial strategy in Brazil through market intelligence, account insights, and sales best practices.
  • Act as a commercial reference for other team members, sharing knowledge and supporting their development.

What we are looking for

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with relevant experience as an Account Executive, Enterprise Account Executive, or equivalent closing role.
    • Proven experience selling complex technology solutions or projects, rather than primarily transactional or low-complexity products.
    • Experience managing medium-to-long Enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and C-level negotiations.
    • Strong experience in new business, hunting, and new logo acquisition.
    • Proven ability to generate pipeline and create opportunities independently.
    • Experience selling to areas such as Marketing, Growth, CRM, Digital, Product, or Technology.
    • Consistent track record of quota attainment and commercial performance.
    • Previous experience leading people or commercial teams.
    • Advanced English.
    • Strong consultative selling skills, influence, active listening, and ability to read business context.
    • High level of autonomy and ability to operate in environments that are still being built or structured.

Nice to have

Experience in Martech, Customer Engagement, CRM, CDP, Analytics, Digital Experience, AdTech, or ecosystems such as Braze, Amplitude, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Insider, Sprinklr, Contentsquare, AppsFlyer, Criteo, Twilio Segment, or similar solutions.

But wait...who are you?

We are Minders, a consultancy specialized in Martech and Growth. We help product and marketing teams retain users, optimize digital experiences, and scale their businesses through data, engagement, and experimentation.

We are official partners of Amplitude and Braze in Latin America, working with some of the region’s most innovative companies — Mercado Livre, Rappi, Kavak, Stone, Globoplay, Creditas, GOL Airlines, Riachuelo, Will Bank, Serasa, WellHub, and many others.
