This part-time role suits a detail-focused Spanish and English bilingual professional who understands Spanish-language audio and cultural context. You’ll commit thirty hours weekly, with operating hours from 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time. You need a Windows 11 or macOS Tahoe computer, at least 50 Mbps broadband, eight GB of RAM or more, a clear-audio headset, and permission to install required security systems. A Chromebook is not sufficient.

ModSquad is looking for detail-oriented and culturally aware Spanish and English bilingual professionals to join our Content Annotation team. In this role, you’ll work with a wide range of digital audio content, including music, podcasts, and audiobooks, helping ensure that content and search experiences are accurately understood and represented for audiences around the world.
If Spanish is your primary language and you have a strong understanding of the language, culture, and local content, this is an opportunity to put your language expertise and cultural knowledge to work in a dynamic global project.
What You’ll Do
- Review and annotate music, podcasts, audiobooks, and related search scenarios with accuracy and cultural awareness
- Use your language expertise and cultural knowledge to understand content, context, and user intent
- Listen to and evaluate audio content when needed, considering relevance, context, and local cultural nuances
- Research information online to verify details and support accurate evaluations
- Apply project guidelines consistently while using good judgment when handling nuanced or subjective content
- Clearly document your findings, insights, and questions in English
- Complete assigned annotation tasks within established 1–2 week project timelines across rotating project types
- Incorporate feedback and escalate questions or issues when additional clarification is needed
Project Commitment
- 30 hours per week

- 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST
What We’re Looking For
- Spanish as a primary language, with strong written and verbal English proficiency
- Strong understanding of the culture, language, and local content
- Familiarity with Spanish music, podcasts, audiobooks, and other digital media
- Comfortable exploring and navigating audio streaming platforms on both desktop and mobile devices
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency
- Experience with content annotation, rating, or evaluation, including making subjective assessments and applying defined criteria consistently
- Proficient with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, as well as web-based tools and platforms
- Reliable, adaptable, and open to receiving and incorporating feedback
Workspace Requirements
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 or macOS Tahoe
- Willingness to install required ModSquad security systems on your computer and mobile phone
- Stable broadband internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher
- 8 GB RAM or greater
- Good quality headset with clear audio
- Dual monitors are highly recommended
