The position is remote within the United States and reports to the Vice President of Marketing. You’ll collaborate with product, growth, sales, communications, community, people, customer success, engineering, and product teams.

NetBox Labs is looking for a Content Marketing Manager with [4+] years of experience to scale its integrated marketing campaigns to the next level. Reporting to our Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for the creation of multiple content channels, drive brand maturity and consistency, and enhance our content marketing engine. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that will be responsible for both strategy and execution while working closely with executives and a cross-functional team. Your ultimate goal is to establish the brand and content foundations for an innovative, rapidly-scaling, and market-defining business.
You will be responsible for:
Developing and executing a content marketing strategy aligned with GTM goals
Creating persona-based content for all stages of the marketing and sales funnel on key use cases
Producing high-impact, AEO/SEO-optimized blog content, in-depth ebooks and whitepapers, external sales collateral, videos etc.
Keeping your finger on the pulse of sales conversations, industry trends, and the NetBox ecosystem and using those findings to craft meaningful content assets that drive engagement with key audiences
Driving campaign effectiveness through measurement of content conversion and testing
On occasion, writing and editing email or web copy for marketing and sales use cases
You will work closely with:
Product marketing, growth marketing, and partner sales to develop on-message assets for go-to-market campaigns
External communications leader to ensure consistency in brand standards and overall message
Community marketing to amplify our community’s contributions and the NetBox brand
People team to align our content with the values and culture of the company and community and shape the way NetBox Labs connects with current and potential employees
Customer success, engineering, and product teams to support their audiences and tell their stories
It would be fantastic if you have the following background:
[4+] years as a brand and content marketer building programs and processes from the ground up and directly executing brand and content strategies
Excellence in all facets of content creation including creative ideation, project management, editorial operations, and production
Portfolio of compelling content across multiple channels, including blogs, eBooks, podcasts, videos,
A creative and strategic mindset and experimentalist approach for leveraging content and brand assets to maximize brand impact, reach, and demand gen
Direct experience in enterprise SaaS and networking or comfort with highly technical audiences and content
Strong communication, interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent writing and editorial skills
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience in both inbound and outbound demand generation
