The Nord Security PR team orchestrates a diverse spectrum of strategic communications, ranging from high-impact thought leadership pieces to the exploration of emerging trends and industry-specific insights. To fuel this mission, we are seeking a Content Operations Specialist capable of transforming raw data into evidence-based brand narratives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of excellent project management skills, a passion for data research, and a proven track record of experience in integrated PR content campaigns.

Main responsibilities

Content & data research

• Data-driven investigations: Identify & analyze high authority public databases for tech & cybersec market trends & insights, formulating compelling, original research concepts designed to captivate our target media outlets.

• Work with our internal Threat Intelligence and Survey & Insights teams to implement internal investigations into compelling brand stories.

• Investigate the research competitive landscape to provide additional insights on content angles, industry updates, and similar.

Cross-team collaborations

• Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns: Coordinate seamlessly with PM, PR, Social Media, Email marketing & other teams to transform single pieces of deep-dive content into cross-functional distribution campaigns before and after the PR Research launches.

• Gather feedback from all the research project stakeholders and coordinate improvements each quarter.

PR projects operations

• Manage and refine our content infrastructure – optimize AI agents, templates, and quality assurance workflows to preserve superior output standards as we scale up our daily operations & research projects.

Core requirements

• Strategic content background: Experience in content marketing and/ or marketing project management with a portfolio demonstrating campaign-level thinking.

• Data-informed narrative creation: A demonstrated ability to discover engaging, human-centric stories concealed within statistics and numerical data.

• Interpersonal & teamwork skills: Exceptional project management and collaborative capabilities, as you will frequently coordinate with diverse internal teams across the entire organization.

• Experience with AI workflow & prompt creation.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment alongside a motivated team.

• Goal-oriented and data-driven growth mindset.

• Interest in technology and cybersecurity, willingness to learn more, and a can-do attitude.
