The Sales Specialist is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Qualifications
