From the employer

Who We Are:

Power Digital is an AI-Native Growth Firm built at the intersection of world-class talent and proprietary technology. We help leading and emerging brands grow by combining deep vertical expertise, strategic thinking, and enterprise intelligence to drive measurable business outcomes.

For more than a decade, we have built our business around one belief: the best technology makes great people better. Our teams of strategists, creatives, analysts, and technologists use Omega, our AI operating system, to surface opportunities faster, investigate what is driving performance, and execute approved work with greater speed and precision. Behind Omega is Iris, our proprietary intelligence layer, built on years of real performance data, strategic frameworks, testing, and learnings from across our client portfolio. AI expands the capacity of our people to think, create, solve harder problems, and make better decisions. Human judgment, creativity, and accountability remain central to how we work.

As a people-first firm, we value diversity in backgrounds and experiences. We strongly believe our people and culture are key to our success. We partner closely with our clients as an extension of their teams, working across strategy, execution, and measurement to identify what is truly blocking growth and determine what to do next. Our culture is built on people who are curious, ambitious, accountable, and committed to delivering meaningful results for our clients and for one another.

At Power Digital, we believe the future belongs to teams that combine the best talent with the best technology. We are building that future today.

***Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.

A day in the life:

You'll own a portfolio of 4-6 CPG accounts, primarily beauty, personal care, wellness, or food and beverage brands. You will serve as the primary strategic partner for your clients on a day-to-day basis, owning the narrative around performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring all marketing efforts ladder up to business objectives. A successful candidate is a strong cross-channel marketer and communicator who can confidently translate data into insights, guide internal teams, and build trust with clients. This is a critical role in ensuring accounts are not only running efficiently, but driving meaningful business impact.

As an Associate Account Director (AAD), you will act as the day-to-day strategic lead for CPG clients, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned to revenue growth across DTC, retail, and Amazon ecosystems—not just individual channel performance. You will work closely with client stakeholders across eCommerce, retail, and brand teams, helping navigate tradeoffs between channels, product launches, and campaign strategy. This role requires comfort discussing channel mix, retail dynamics, Amazon performance, and omnichannel measurement. You’ll partner with Project Managers to ensure execution stays on track, while collaborating with the Account Director to refine quarterly strategy and long-term growth plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
  • Lead weekly client calls on larger accounts; support PM-led calls on smaller accounts — own the performance narrative either way
  • Translate Power Circuit roadmap outputs into weekly account priorities; flag when execution is drifting from the strategy
  • Track performance across DTC, retail media, and Amazon ecosystems; identify cross-channel dynamics and surface insights to the client and AD
  • Coordinate paid, SEO, content, influencer, and creative teams around a unified account strategy
  • Advise on channel mix and investment allocation across DTC, retail, and Amazon; flag when channels are cannibalizing rather than reinforcing each other
  • Support the AD on quarterly strategy, renewal prep, and service expansion conversations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; contribute to ≥90% retention across your accounts
  • Work in Iris and nova daily; use performance data to surface issues before clients raise them; maintain Pulse cadence at 100%

Role Requirements:

  • 4–7 years in CPG, eCommerce, or retail marketing, with experience managing client relationships day-to-day
  • Familiar with the CPG channel landscape: DTC, retail media, and Amazon basics — ASIN architecture, sponsored vs. organic, retail partner dynamics
  • Understands omnichannel measurement at a working level — knows what MMM and incrementality testing are and when they matter
  • Cross-channel fluency across paid, SEO, content, and influencer — you don't need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to know when something's off
  • Comfortable presenting to director and VP-level stakeholders, including brand-strong clients who have opinions that predate the data
  • Strong written and verbal communication; can translate complex channel dynamics into a clear client narrative

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Expansion to Churn Ratio (ETCR)
  • Net MRR across portfolio
  • Client NPS (8+ avg)
  • Monthly Service Expansion pipeline generation
  • Power Circuit Certification (annual)

Most Important Things (MITs)

  • Team Coaching and Development
  • Marketing Strategy, Development and Execution
  • Client Retention and Client Revenue Growth

Benefits & Perks:

  • Base salary paid in USD + commission opportunities
  • Unlimited Time Off available on day one
  • Fully flex work environment: full-remote, in-office, or hybrid
  • Healthcare stipend: $50/month to support your healthcare or insurance costs
  • National Holidays + 2 Mental Health Recharge Days per year
  • Unlimited opportunities for growth & leadership within a rapidly growing firm
  • Ongoing employee development programs for personal and professional growth (Hedgehog and Vital 5s)
  • Quarterly awards including prize money and recognition for outstanding performance
  • Opportunities to be involved in company DEI initiatives
