What you'll do

Coordinate Saudi Arabia marketing work across branding, advertising, events, exhibitions, online campaigns and digital media
Create branch content for social channels and help update the website with the Group Marketing and Communications team
Keep marketing materials, promotional items and uniforms stocked while supporting daily department operations
Run internal and external event activities and coordinate suppliers to deliver quality printed and promotional materials
Manage press release and newsletter distribution while reinforcing the Rentokil-Boecker® brand with internal teams

What you bring

Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or an equivalent field
Bring at least one year of experience in marketing, advertising or public relations
Be proficient in both English and Arabic
Use Microsoft Office and have basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

You’ll suit this role if you want hands-on responsibility for branch marketing, communications, events, suppliers and brand activity. The position is full-time and based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Coordinating RentokilBoecker® Marketing activities in Saudi Arabia such as branding, advertising, events and exhibitions, online campaigns, and digital media.
Prepares content for the branch to be posted on social media platforms
Assists with daily administrative and operational activities of the marketing and communications department ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Sustain needed inventory level of marketing materials, promotional items and uniforms.
Coordinate with the Group Marketing and Communications Department on updating the company’s website and social media platforms related to branch’s activities.
Coordinate the distribution process of press releases and newsletters to all clients.
Execute hands on activities in internal and external events and handle their implementation.
Communicate, follow up and ensure quality output with marketing materials suppliers (printing presses, promotional items, etc.).
Communicate with internal stakeholders on branding and maintaining Rentokil-Boecker® image.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations.
Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office, basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
