What you'll do
- You’ll help roll out annual, seasonal, promotional, and product-launch campaigns for assigned retail accounts
- You’ll coordinate activations across online and in-store channels, including influencer seeding, photoshoots, and partner events

- You bring early experience from internships, apprenticeships, or operational marketing, trade marketing, e-commerce, or retail work
- You understand Sportstyle, fashion, lifestyle, footwear, sports, or agency environments and their consumer culture
- You communicate fluently in English and French and work confidently with Excel and PowerPoint
- You’re organized, analytical, accurate, collaborative, and ready to learn new tools and processes quickly

Salomon is looking for a Junior Sportstyle Trade Marketing Specialist!
Passionate about operational marketing and retail, you will support the execution of commercial and marketing activations across key retail partners (e.g. Footlocker), both online and in-store. Working closely with the EMEA Trade Marketing team and various internal stakeholders, you will contribute to campaign implementation, performance tracking, and project coordination.

This role is a fixed-term (CDD) 18 month contract, based in Annecy.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Execution of Marketing Campaigns
· Assist in the deployment of annual and promotional marketing plans across assigned accounts.
· Support the organization and implementation of seasonal activations, product launches, and commercial campaigns.
· Coordinate the operational follow-up of marketing activities
· Seeding products to influencers and maintain connection
· Organize and assist photoshooting
· Coordinate and participate in KA-led events in France, London, Milan particularly
· Support trade marketing specialist in invoicing, reporting
Enhance Product Visibility
· Support retail partners in the execution of online and offline activations.
· Ensure brand guidelines are respected and marketing campaigns are executed to a high standard.
· Contribute to improving product visibility across digital platforms and in-store environments.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
· Maintain and update marketing dashboards and reporting tools.
· Collect and analyze campaign performance data and key KPIs.
Project Coordination
· Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Digital, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
· Support the management of marketing assets and the tracking of deliverables.
· Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at increasing brand awareness and commercial performance.

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills and Experience
- First professional experience through internships, apprenticeships, or up to 2 years of experience in operational marketing, trade marketing, e-commerce, or retail within a Sportstyle environment, fashion, lifestyle, sports, footwear, or agency environments serving these industries.
- Strong connection to the Sportstyle environment and mindset, with a genuine understanding of consumer, fashion, lifestyle, and sports culture.
- Sense of aesthetics, visual merchandising, and fashion trends.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates, manage expectations, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in execution.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in performance measurement and data-driven decision making.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in an international environment.
- Ability and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and internal processes quickly
- Knowledge of Photoshop or other graphic design tools is a plus
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
Languages & Tools
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) and French (both written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or e-commerce tools would be an advantage.
