It’s the freedom to express yourself, the thrill of discovering something new, and the power of belonging to a community that celebrates every identity. From our beginnings in France to becoming part of the LVMH family, we’ve always pushed boundaries through creativity, innovation, and inclusivity.

Today, as we continue our exciting expansion across the UK, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to help shape the future of prestige beauty in one of the world’s most dynamic retail markets. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing ideas to life through impactful campaigns, this is your moment.

The Opportunity

As our Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll play a central role in accelerating the growth of SEPHORA UK’s surge and priority brands, including our exclusive Only at SEPHORA portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll translate shared ambitions into compelling omnichannel marketing plans that build brand visibility, engage our customers and deliver commercial growth.

You’ll become a trusted strategic partner to your brands, leading launches and ongoing marketing programmes from planning through to performance review. Working across Marketing, Commercial, Digital, Media and Global teams, as well as external brand and agency partners, you’ll bring teams together to deliver seamless campaigns and unlock new opportunities for success at SEPHORA UK.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Build trusted partnerships with assigned surge and priority brands, aligning marketing activity with shared commercial objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of 360-degree omnichannel launches, tailored to each brand’s identity and ambitions.
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional taskforces and keeping activity on track.
  • Partner with wider Marketing teams to identify opportunities that strengthen launches and support sustained brand growth.
  • Manage campaign assets, timelines and approvals, ensuring every activation meets SEPHORA and partner brand guidelines.
  • Present launch strategies, marketing plans and progress updates to senior leadership and the wider business.
  • Track campaign performance, sales, traffic, sell-through and promotional return on investment to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Create clear post-campaign reports and strategic recommendations for brand partners, internal leadership and Global teams.
  • Collaborate with Digital and Media teams to optimise paid search, paid social, affiliate activity and brand visibility.
  • Support annual and global marketing priorities, including the planning and coordination of First at SEPHORA launches.
  • Own brand incubation, co-op and local marketing budgets, allocating investment to maximise impact and commercial return.
  • Manage external agency relationships across media, events and production, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on brand and within budget.

What you’ll bring…

You’ll be a commercially minded and highly collaborative marketer who knows how to turn strong partnerships into impactful campaigns. Strategic and creative in your thinking, you’ll combine excellent relationship management with the organisation, attention to detail and influencing skills needed to bring multiple teams together and deliver ambitious plans.

  • Strong experience in brand marketing, account management or retail marketing, ideally gained within beauty, luxury, FMCG or another consumer-focused environment.
  • Experience building and managing successful relationships with external brand partners and internal stakeholders.
  • A proven ability to lead integrated, omnichannel campaigns from initial concept through to launch and performance review.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex campaigns, competing priorities and multiple contributors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence across functions, countries and levels of seniority.
  • Commercial and analytical capability, with experience using sales, campaign and digital marketing performance to inform decisions.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and using insights to improve investment and return.
  • A strong understanding of digital and retail marketing channels, including paid search, paid social and affiliate marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear plans, presentations and performance reports.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related subject would be beneficial, alongside a genuine interest in the beauty industry and its evolving trends.
