Your Day-to-Day
- Analyze business performance to identify growth opportunities and scale high-impact initiatives.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and growth campaigns.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to optimize product offerings, customer acquisition, and conversion.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate growth experiments to drive continuous business improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic growth initiatives from planning to execution.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Growth, Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, or related roles.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and delivering measurable results.
- Experience in performance marketing or growth experimentation is a plus.
