What you'll do

What you bring
- At least two years managing affiliate accounts through onboarding, setup, tracking, and scaling
- Working knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, Hybrid models, channel economics, traffic quality, and fraud risks
- Technical fluency with pixels, postback or S2S tracking, attribution, and basic API use
- Experience managing partner pipelines, CRM records, dashboards, and performance anomalies
- Business English for written work and partner calls, plus confident use of Claude or ChatGPT

We are looking for a Affiliate Manager.
Your main tasks will be:
- Manage and scale the existing affiliate partner base across CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models: onboarding, creative selection, landing page setup, tracking (postback/S2S) setup and QA.
- Monitor daily/weekly KPIs per partner (traffic quality, conversion, CPA/ROI) and optimize underperforming placements together with partners.
- Maintain the tracking and reporting infrastructure; investigate and resolve discrepancies between partner and internal statistics.
- Keep the partner database current: contacts, terms, geos, status, and next steps.
- Support the Business Developer in launching and scaling new custom partnerships once commercial terms are agreed (technical setup, monitoring, initial optimization).
- Monitor competitor affiliate programs and flag relevant findings to the team.
We expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle affiliate account management: onboarding, creative/landing page setup, tracking setup, scaling.
- Understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare and Hybrid models, channel economics, traffic quality and fraud risks.
- Technical literacy in tracking, pixels, postback/S2S, attribution, and basic API usage.
- Partner pipeline/CRM management and database hygiene.
- Analytical reporting: building and reading performance dashboards, spotting anomalies.
- Understanding of advertising platform compliance basics
- Claude / ChatGPT confident use
- Business English for written communication and partner calls"
