From the employer

As the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Lead, you'll take full ownership of experimentation across our web pages and digital funnels, driving the transformation of website traffic into engaged customers. You'll leverage deep consumer psychology and behavioural insights to ensure the global platform operates at peak performance which will translate into identified friction points and execute high-impact A/B tests whilst using advanced AI tools to execute faster and smarter.

In this role, you will be in charge of:

  • Commercial growth ownership: own and significantly scale digital conversion rates across the global web estate, continuously elevating user journeys and landing page performance to maximise the commercial returns of our web traffic.
  • Experimentation roadmap & pipeline: design, build, and manage a high-velocity, continuous pipeline of A/B and multivariate tests, translating complex customer friction points into structured testing hypotheses.
  • Psychology-driven experience design: apply rigorous consumer psychology, cognitive design principles, and behavioural economics frameworks (e.g. scarcity, social proof, cognitive load reduction) to page structures and user journeys to ethically influence and drive customer action.
  • Data-driven journey analysis: analyse quantitative and qualitative data layers to identify drop-offs, user friction, and prime areas for high-impact commercial growth.
  • Advanced AI utilisation: leverage cutting-edge AI and automation tools to generate copy variations, analyse massive behavioral datasets, and predict high-performing journey variants.
  • Cross-Functional collaboration: partner closely with regional marketing leads, brand managers, and design squads to ensure user experiences are compelling, fully accessible, and perfectly aligned with modern UI/UX best practices.
  • Global-Local CRO governance: establish a clear global experimentation framework and governance model, sharing testing insights, layout successes, and performance benchmarks to enable local countries to optimise their regional funnels, and create a CRO culture that inspires others to strive for more.
  • Executive performance reporting: present clear testing results, commercial data insights, and actionable revenue-lift calculations directly to senior business unit leaders and stakeholders.

Your background:

  • 3+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Marketing, or a heavily data-driven digital marketing role

  • Proficiency in AI tools and prompt engineering to scale output and generate high-converting copy
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, consumer psychology, and crafting messaging that drives action
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage tests from ideation to deployment
