Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of designing, standardizing, and documenting global processes across the customer lifecycle, from initial lead flow through to contract, subscription management, and revenue reporting.

  • Partner with leadership and revenue teams (e.g. sales and client success) teams to evaluate and structure requests. Translate commercial pain points into prioritized, high-impact business requirements for our Tech and Product teams. You will own the "what" and the "why," collaborating closely with technical teams who will execute the "how."

  • Own project management and stakeholder alignment for major rollouts.

  • Act as a custodian of our commercial standards, sales policies, and rules of engagement, ensuring a single source of truth that drives global consistency.

  • Define and monitor strategic KPIs to measure process success, continuously identify areas for optimization, and report business impact to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong track record of designing, standardizing, and rolling out end-to-end sales and client success processes in a B2B / SaaS environment.

  • Ability to break down complex, ambiguous business problems into clear, structured, and actionable process documentation and briefings for technical teams.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise and push back when necessary to protect the scalability of our processes.

  • Solid understanding of how CRM systems (like Salesforce) operate conceptually. You know how to design data models and reporting structures, even if you aren't the one coding them.

  • Strong project management capability to orchestrate cross-functional projects, manage development cycles.

  • Fluent in English. German language skills are a plus.
