From the employer

🎬The Role

Our client is seeking a high-performing BDR Lead based in Lebanon to own and drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation across target markets. In this role, you will be directly responsible for building, executing, and scaling an enterprise outbound sales engine from scratch while carrying a hard revenue target. You will prospect directly into C-level and senior stakeholders at leading banks, financial institutions, and fintechs across the region. As the function grows, you will hire, onboard, and coach a high-performing SDR team.

This role requires a unique mix of direct enterprise prospecting, operational rigor, leadership capabilities, and deep regional understanding. Native or full professional fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.

👤 The Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across assigned markets, carrying and delivering on a hard quota.

  • Outbound Architecture: Build and run the outbound motion end-to-end—including ICP definition, account mapping, multi-channel sequencing, messaging frameworks, qualification criteria, and seamless handoff to Account Executives (AEs).

  • Enterprise Prospecting: Prospect directly into senior enterprise stakeholders at banks and fintechs (Heads of Digital, Chief Product Officers, Heads of Cards & Lending, CTOs, and C-Suite leaders).

  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Hire, onboard, and coach a small SDR team as the function grows; lead regular call reviews, messaging teardowns, and weekly pipeline performance reviews.

  • Localized Alignment: Partner closely with Sales Directors in each market to ensure outbound strategies and messaging reflect local business nuances and buying behaviors rather than relying on translated templates.

  • Tech Stack & Operations: Own the outbound sales stack—ensuring CRM hygiene, sequencing tools, data sources, and reporting—and present clear, legible metrics to senior leadership.

  • Market Feedback Loop: Feed critical market signals back to Product and Marketing teams, detailing recurring objections, high-performing use cases, and competitive insights gathered before the first call.

🎓 The Skills & Competencies

  • Experience: 5+ years of total experience in B2B SaaS/Fintech business development or sales, with a proven track record of managing enterprise outbound motions and holding an individual quota.

  • Language Skills: Native or full professional fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required to engage stakeholders effectively across target regional markets.

  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial services and fintech ecosystem across the Middle East. Prior experience selling to or prospecting into banks, card issuers, lending institutions, or digital banking platforms is highly preferred.

  • Outbound Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in modern outbound tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and multi-channel prospecting strategies.

  • Leadership Capabilities: Prior experience mentoring, leading, or building an SDR/BDR team with a metric-driven coaching style focused on continuous improvement.

  • Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology concepts clearly to executive audiences.

  • Execution & Ownership: Highly resilient, self-motivated, and structured individual capable of working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
