What you'll do

  • Close designer, sponsor, and fashion-brand deals from initial contact through contract and onboarding
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads, then use targeted outbound to keep your calendar and pipeline full
  • Lead discovery, recommend Fashion Week packages, and present solutions across multiple cities
  • Keep HubSpot current with defensible forecasts, notes, stages, next steps, and close dates
  • Coordinate with marketing, production, and partnerships to deliver smooth client experiences

What you bring

  • At least two years closing high-value B2B deals across a complete sales cycle
  • A documented record of reaching or exceeding quota, with recent attainment or a best-close example
  • Fluency in HubSpot or a comparable CRM, including disciplined pipeline upkeep
  • Strong discovery, objection handling, and luxury-level communication in writing and conversation
  • Willingness to combine inbound selling with targeted outbound and a structured follow-up cadence

Who this fits

You’ll suit a mid-level closer who can sell premium event packages while maintaining a polished luxury voice. The role is remote-first, but you’ll need availability for select event-week travel and weekends. Expect mostly inbound work with a limited targeted-outbound component, plus coordination across marketing, production, and partnerships.

From the employer

  • Sales Account Executive

The Bureau

We produce Fashion Weeks in New York, London, Milan, Paris, Los Angeles, Miami Swim, and Dallas—putting emerging and established designers, brands, and sponsors on high-impact stages. Each event reaches 3,000–15,000+ in person and millions digitally.

The Role

Run full-cycle deals with designers, sponsors, and fashion-adjacent brands—from first touch to signed contract—while protecting a luxury brand voice. You’ll work a strong inbound stream and run targeted outbound when needed to fill your calendar and hit bigger months.

You Will

  • Work and close inbound from paid, PR, and social funnels; prioritize same-day first touch.
  • Run elite discovery → map goals → match the right Fashion Week package across cities.
  • Drive the full cycle: qualify → present → close → handoff with white-glove onboarding.
  • Hunt, smartly: execute targeted outbound (up to ~10%) into high-fit designers/sponsors to backfill gaps and drive upsell/multi-event bundles.
  • Operate tight in HubSpot: next steps, notes, forecast you can defend.
  • Follow up with precision across email/SMS/call/social to maximize show rates and fill inventory.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and partnerships to keep experiences seamless.

Enablement

HubSpot, templated decks, objection library, pricing authority: Level 2 (≤10% discount or ≤$2k value-add within menu; standard terms), admin scheduling, and fast approvals.

What Winning Looks Like (Scorecard)

  • 30 days: Master offers & talk tracks; 20–30 qualified discoveries; ≥90% CRM hygiene; <10-min speed-to-lead on hot inbound.
  • 60 days: 12–20+ deals/mo; show rate & cycle time improving; first multi-event bundle closed.
  • 90 days: 20+ deals/mo; repeat/referral opps live; consistent multithreading; pipeline coverage 3× monthly target.

Requirements

Must-haves

  • 2+ years full-cycle closing in high-ticket B2B (events/experiential, sponsorships, partnerships, or equivalent).
  • Documented performance at or above 100% to plan (share recent attainment or a brief Loom on your best close).
  • HubSpot (or similar) fluency with disciplined pipeline hygiene (stages, next steps, close dates).
  • World-class discovery & objection handling; luxury-tone written and verbal communication.
  • Willing to run targeted outbound (~10%) alongside inbound and follow a 7×7 follow-up cadence.
  • Availability for event weeks (select travel/weekends as needed).

Nice-to-haves

  • Fashion/luxury, live events, or sponsorship sales experience.
  • Multi-event packaging or partner-marketing background.

Compensation & Perks (transparent)

  • Base + uncapped commission with performance accelerators
  • OTE: P50 ~$170k, P75 ~$210k, P90 ~$260k+ (paid on collected revenue)
  • Plan details: double-digit commission with stepped accelerators for over-attainment; exact tiers shared in your first conversation
  • Ramp: 2-month guarantee
  • Perks: Remote-first flexibility, performance bonuses, runway-side access at Fashion Week events
