Who this fits

This suits someone who has built a growth function from the ground up or served as an early marketing hire. The role is based in Central London, with the team in the office five days a week; remote work may be considered for an exceptional candidate outside London.

From the employer

The Opportunity

This will suit someone with experience of building a growth function from scratch, ideally within a founder-led startup or scaleup. You could also have been the first marketing hire to land. A strong data analytics background mixed with knowledge of eCommerce and growth is ideal.

Reporting directly to the founders, you'll own the entire growth journey - from creating awareness through to generating qualified sales opportunities and helping convert them into paying customers.

You'll have the autonomy, budget and support to identify what works, scale successful initiatives and build a predictable demand generation engine.

Success won't be measured by clicks or impressions. It will be measured by commercial results.

About our Client

With strong product-market fit and a proven sales model already in place, they're looking for a commercially minded Head of Growth to own demand generation and drive the next stage of growth.

This is a hands-on role with real autonomy. You'll have the freedom to test, learn and scale across paid media, CRO, content, partnerships and AI, with success measured by one thing: generating more customers.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own and evolve the company's growth strategy across the full customer acquisition funnel.

  • Build scalable inbound demand generation.

  • Lead paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and other relevant channels.

  • Improve website conversion through landing pages, CRO and customer journey optimisation.

  • Develop compelling content, campaigns and messaging that engage the right audience.

  • Identify and grow new acquisition channels, partnerships and referral opportunities.

  • Use AI, automation and no-code tools to improve speed and efficiency.

  • Partner closely with Sales to maximise pipeline quality and conversion.

  • Analyse performance, run experiments and optimise based on commercial outcomes.

About You

You'll likely already be working in a Growth Marketing, Demand Generation or Senior Growth role and be ready for greater ownership.

You'll bring:

  • Experience within B2B SaaS, technology or another high-growth environment.

  • A track record of generating qualified pipeline, not just leads.

  • Hands-on experience across paid media and demand generation.

  • Strong understanding of CRO, customer acquisition and marketing analytics.

  • Experience working closely with commercial or sales teams.

  • Confidence using AI and automation tools to improve productivity.

  • A naturally curious mindset with a passion for testing, learning and continuous improvement.

Most importantly, you'll enjoy taking ownership, moving quickly and making a measurable commercial impact.

What's on Offer
  • £80,000-£90,000 basic salary

  • Equity opportunity

  • Performance-related bonus

  • 25 days' annual leave

  • Private healthcare

  • Pension

  • Direct access to the founders

  • Genuine opportunity to build and shape the growth function
